Service
DocStructa provides bank-statement extraction, reconciliation checks, review and export tools. Source files are processed locally in the browser. Outputs are software-assisted results and must be checked against the original statement before they are relied upon, imported, filed or used for financial, tax, legal or compliance decisions.
Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and have the right to process every document you use with the service. You must not use DocStructa to forge, misrepresent, unlawfully alter or create deceptive financial records, or to process information you are not authorised to handle.
Free access, subscriptions and credits
The Free plan provides the allowance displayed at the time of use and requires no payment method. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. One-time credit packs are charged once. Current prices, allowances and taxes are shown before payment. Stripe processes payments and provides the secure billing portal.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access to paid subscription benefits continues until the end of the paid billing period. Purchased one-time credits are governed by the conditions displayed when purchased.
Consumer rights and refunds
If you are acting as a consumer, statutory cancellation, refund and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply. Where the law requires an express request to begin providing a paid digital service during a cancellation period, DocStructa may ask for that request before payment. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory right or remedy.
No professional advice
DocStructa is not a bank, accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, auditor, fraud investigator or financial adviser. Explanations, anomaly flags and reconciliation checks are informational software outputs only.
Accuracy and review
OCR and extraction quality depends on document quality and layout. DocStructa is designed to surface uncertainty and reconciliation problems rather than silently treat uncertain content as correct, but errors remain possible. You are responsible for checking important output against the original statement.
Service availability
We may maintain, modify, limit or suspend features where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance or product operation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, DocStructa is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unreviewed extraction output, unauthorised use of documents, third-party service failures or events outside reasonable control. Business users remain responsible for their accounting, tax, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
Data protection
The Privacy Notice explains how DocStructa handles personal data. Where a business customer acts as controller and DocStructa processes personal data on its behalf, the Data Processing Terms also apply.
Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be versioned. Signed-in users may be required to accept an updated version before continuing to use the service.
